During times of grief, we can easily become unbalanced as we try to establish a new sense of normalcy. If ever there’s a time when a trusted mentor is essential, it’s during our seasons of loss—a universal human experience.

Many of us live in denial of life’s most painful inevitabilities, but we have a choice in how we navigate our grief: with intention or without it, with a plan or without one.

When we break an arm, we are very intentional about the healing process to ensure it heals properly. So, why wouldn’t we approach healing a broken heart with the same care? Without intentional healing, we risk mending poorly and may struggle to regain strength and contentment.

By addressing these areas, we can eliminate unnecessary stress, minimising its impact while maximising our contentment.
