When I begin a mentor/coach relationship with people, I ask them if they want to become a heavy hitter.
Someone who wants to make a significant mark, a sizeable footprint on the earth for the sake of this world.
Someone who wants their life to count during the dash.
Someone who wants to discover the greatness sown into them by God Almighty.
Someone who will not only make bold projections, but steward their lives in a way that facilitates their dreams.
Jason is managing an international business now, but began growing into his business stature years ago. Sean has begun planting Churches all around the island nations in the Pacific.
I have been a personal mentor and coach to many wonderful people like these over the last fifteen years. I genuinely love every one of these people. I pray strongly for them and carry them in my heart.
